Terry Heiney, Ph.D., Managing Partner
A learning professional with over 40 years of experience in training design, development and delivery, and have been involved with several aspects of corporate training – both in terms of instructional design as well as learning technology.
In the last few years, I have developed a unique business niche by designing customized Learning Management Systems (LMSs) that address specific training needs of organizations. I have managed, configured, and deployed enterprise-wide LMSs for organizations in financial services, automotive, high technology and for professionals in accounting and real estate.
With over 20 years of experience in LMS design and development, I have an excellent understanding of learning technology needs of organizations and can provide tailor-made solutions.

Acme Training was originally founded as a content development company creating educational media and instructor led courses. When elearning took the stage in the late 1990’s we worked with Xerox, amound others, to create online self-study and webinar materials.
Since 2000 our principal, Terry Heiney, has consulted in the Accounting vertical working with organizations such as Deloitte and CCH to manage certification and delivery of Continuing Professional Education for CPAs.
Terry Heiney is a member of CPE Standards Working Group of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA). He has participated in the last four major updates of the NASBA Standards.
